1. Order Processing
   • Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
   • Local deliveries (within Pakistan): 3–7 working days.
   • International deliveries: 10–20 working days, depending on the courier and location.
3. Shipping Charges
   • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
   • Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if mentioned in promotions).
4. Order Tracking
   • Once shipped, we will share the tracking number by SMS/Email.
5. Delays
   • Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service issues.
   • Kamalia Khaddar Fabric is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
6. Wrong Address
   • Please provide the correct delivery address. We are not responsible if your order goes to the wrong address due to incorrect details.
